Meal Plan Monday - 3/15/10

Monday - Hamburgers, zucchini fries
Tuesday - Tuna melts, carrots/peas
Wednesday - Broccoli cheese soup, sandwiches
Thursday - Baked spaghetti, green beans (in freezer)
Friday - Stir-fry veggies, brown rice (in freezer)
Saturday - McCarter/Roberts Family Fun Night!
Sunday - Homemade Pizza (dough and toppings in freezer)

  1. I've never thought of zucchini fries?! Any special way you prepare them? I'm addicted to sweet potato fries I make :)

  2. Hey gals- I usually try and post my recipes but was running out of time yesterday. Sorry! Since we are following a weight watchers diet, I try to keep our "points values" low at meal times. This is a great recipe if you are looking for something nice and crunchy to dip in ketchup (my favorite part) without all of the added calories and fat! This is definitely one of our FAVORITE recipes! I also have a recipe for baked onion rings that is delicious. I'll be posting that one very soon! The zucchini fry recipe is here:
